Food Service Manager

Darren Tsuru is the Food Service Manager at The Plaza at Kaneohe. He is responsible for overseeing our community kitchen operations to ensure food safety and quality production.
Darren graduated from Aiea High School before attending Kapi’olani Community College, where he received his Associate’s Degree in Culinary and Pastry Arts. In Darren’s free time he likes to jog, relax at the beach or go on a hike.
