Lea Murakami is the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Plaza Assisted Living. She joined The Plaza in 2014 as Director of Sales & Business Development and was promoted to her current role in 2016. Lea’s core responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that support continued improvement and growth for the company. She also provides oversight and support for The Plaza Assisted Living’s sales and marketing efforts at the community level. With over 20 years of experience in both Hawaii and San Francisco, Lea is able to pull from her time in advertising and broadcast sales to help guide The Plaza to success.
