Michelle Andy Reyes

Director of Maintenance, Housekeeping & Security

Michelle Andy Reyes is the Director of Maintenance, Housekeeping and Security at The Plaza at Waikiki.  She oversees the physical maintenance of the community, including supervising housekeeping and security.

She was born and raised in the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.

Prior to joining The Plaza at Waikiki, Michelle spent 8 years in the hospitality industry working for different hotels such as Aulani Disney Resort & Spa.   She was also part of the management team that opened both The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki and Embassy Suites by Hilton Kapolei.

As much as she enjoyed working in the hotel industry, Michelle finds her role at The Plaza as the most rewarding in her career. To be able to connect with the Residents and provide genuine care and support has brought her great joy and satisfaction.

In her free time, Michelle spends time with her family watching movies, barbecuing on the weekends and taking regular trips to the ice cream parlor.
