Roxanne Ducusin

Sales Manager

Roxanne Ducusin is the Sales Manager at The Plaza at Mililani. As Sales Manager, Roxanne is primarily responsible for the sales activity of the community, which includes following up on inquiries and conducting community tours.

Roxanne was born and raised on Oahu and obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her sales consulting experience stems from over 10 years of guiding Hawaii’s employers through the health insurance industry. Having left her career in 2014 to assist her elderly parents care for her grandmother, Roxanne understands the victories and challenges families face while caring for their elderly loved one.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, learning to play tennis with her husband and sons and listening to various educational podcasts.
