Santos Palaroan was born and raised in Hawaii. He graduated from Gros Bonnet Culinary Academy in 2005 and has been in the food service industry for over 20 years. He has worked in multiple establishments and positions in restaurants, hospitals, and bar & grill/banquet settings on military bases. Santos has been employed at The Plaza at Mililani since 2013, most of the years as their Food Service Manager.

Santos likes to spend his spare time with family and friends, going fishing, and loves watching the San Francisco 49ers!
