Steve is passionate about dedicated service and excellence to ensure the highest quality standards are delivered to each and every home. With two decades of exceptional experience in multi-family housing and hospitality, Steve has a solid track record of success and has earned the respect of residents and peers alike.

Throughout his career, Steve has built a strong reputation as a leader and innovator in the industry. He has worked in various roles in which he built his expertise. His experience includes extensive knowledge in plumbing, air conditioning, appliances, and janitorial services, along with maintaining commercial residential properties. Steve has earned a wide variety of certifications. On a daily basis, he is a focused problem-solver who keeps his eye on serving the residents of his community and supporting his team. Steve finds personal reward in giving a helping hand whenever and wherever possible.

In his free time, Steve is a devoted and loving family man who enjoys spending time woodworking, art of all kinds, in-line skating, and traveling the world. He enjoys volunteering at local farms, volunteering at maintenance training programs and spends as much time as possible connecting with the ocean and enjoying new adventures.
